It’s been a long time, but I thought I’d check in. April was all supposed to be about time management, but April was more about managing panic attacks more than anything. I know what I need to do for time management, so I’ll work on that in May instead, because water consumption is May’s goal and that’s under control. WOO!
This year has truly been incredible. These panic attacks are something I’m conquering thanks to the the love of family and friends and my ability to take control of my life. It’s all good, folks. It’s all good.
I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible, raw whenever I can, and vegan when it’s possible. I’ve given up meat completely. Cheese seems to be the only thing I haven’t really let go of yet. I’m gluten-free as well. I FEEL incredible. My body loves what I’m doing for it. Yours will too. :o)
We’re built to thrive on love… but I wonder how many people go through adult life without being properly touched?
